I've got to start reporting in again...Valentine's Day provided an excuse to stray from the guidelines even more that I was already. But yesterday I tried to get back on track:
*rice crispies with soymilk, banana, and strawberries
*sourdough toast and salad with sprinkling of goat cheese and avocado
*cranberry ginger bar
*tofu veggie stirfry with quinoa
Not too bad...

I'm back too. I have lost the plot and need to start behaving, I did really well yesterday- this is my report:
Breakfast: Brown bread with marmalade and scraping of Flora, mango & Lychee smoothie
Lunch: toasted turkey, coleslaw & tomato sandwich on granary bread and a soy yogurt
Snacks: 2 honey ricecakes, a leftover teeny cake from Valentine's, 5 gumdrops.
Dinner : Marks & Spencer King Prawn & Scallop Arrabiatta readymeal (my favourite)
Exercise: I walked to and from work- 6 miles total in 70 minutes.
I am feeling very positive about all this
