I eat more again, which is a good thing. despite my small size and how I weigh less than 100lbs, I require a lot of food 'cause I work out!!

3 or 4 bowls apple cinnamon oatmeal. I can't remember now
rasins
some frosted flakes cereal
Went to Outback for dinner for a belated B-Day celebration for my dad. Grilled chicken and a baked potato.

I'm surprised that I don't feel as bloated as I thought I would be.
