In work by 7.30
Brekkie: 1 weetabix, soy milk, green tea
Snacks: 2 peppermint teas
Lunch: rice with thai vegetables and tomato spicy sauce
Dessert/afternoon snack too: Fruit salad
Snack: 2 honey ricecakes
Dinner: low fat shrimp risotto at a friend's a 1 adb topped with raspberries and a cup of tea

No exercise as the weather was too stormy to walk home and I was going to my friend's for dinner.

No snacks though and no "empty" (ie no nutritional value) food. I was busy at work and that really helped I think, when I am bored, I eat.

Calories under 1600 which is well under my target, and I didn't feel hungry at all. Bizarre but wonderful development

Hey...I had a really bad day emotionally, and I sort of had to force myself to eat. Here's what I had:

*small bowl of cracklin' oats with soymilk, soy coffee

*avocado veggie sandwich on sourdough, baked pita chips, kiwi

*slice of vegan pizza, a couple bites of vegan lasagna

*small banana, vanilla soy yogurt.

I'm hoping for a brighter day tomorrow...

Can you eat these first thing in the morning without any type of SF? Do you take an SFS beforehand? They are so high in IF...but I used to love these!

Yes, at the moment I can eat them in the morning. I have been tending to C a lot lately so I have upped the amount of IF that I eat so move things along and I can tolerate my weetabix with hot soy milk just fine

Only seeing this now, sorry. No I don't take any SFS, although I have a big bag of acacia in my kitchen which I haven't opened. I am lucky, my IBS is controllable by diet, but remember, I am IBS-A, so I get C sometimes and D sometimes but mostly I get cramps and stinky wind.
