I was able to order size 2 petite pants from the JCPenney catalog center.(Dockers for women) They were not exactly what I wanted, but they'll do. They actually come up to the waist, but they have no pockets. The more the better actually. They're in sporty adventure type stores. Also, I just bought a really nice pair of Nygard brand stretch pants with a side zip and an elasticized waist.
