Hi ya'll,

Activities: Elliptical for 30 minutes. 15 minutes strength exercises on areas I didn't do yesterday. Dog walk = 30 minutes.

Breakfast: 2 arrowroot cookies

Snack: 1 Hobnob

Lunch: Penne pasta with tomato sauce

Dinner: Homemade soy cheese pizza with diced chicken breast cooked in a small amount of bbq sauce and mushrooms with a tomato sauce base. Was very yummy!

Dessert: One vanilla tofutti cute sandwich

Snack: 1 peice of Lindt 70% chocolate.

We are leaving to go to a movie in a few minutes, where I will get water to drink but may be bad at the snack counter.. I will try and resist, though!

*sourdough toast, blueberry soy yogurt

*herb tempeh with swiss chard, two Fig Newmans

*glass of soymilk with two more Fig Newmans

*a couple spoonfuls of espresso soy ice cream

Really struggling w/ eating right now w/ the HH and the delayed emptying. Am going to see a nautropath doc this week and switching general practioner to an internist. New plans.

breakfast: 1 c quinoa flakes
lunch: 1 c rice pudding
s: 1 c rice pudding
d: 1 jar baby food (peas & rice). I was excited (abiet a little embarassed as I was in public) to be able to eat the veggies my body craves right now.

That's it.

Attacked by a monster migraine. Finally, today, it's gone. Definitely weather related! Lots of pepto. along with the meds. Yes, the "pink stuff" even invaded my dreams--I dreamed of pepto. pink paint in a restored mansion. The walls were formerly blue. Maybe it was the blue die from the Gas-X influencing my dreams. Okay, so I'm warped. We all know that, lol!

Chicken breast
1/4 avocado

Grilled romaine heart, arugula, a little radicchio
"Tuscan Italian" (Wellness dressing)
TONS of portabellas, roasted red pepper

2 bowls of Primo "lentil" soup (I whizzed it in the food processor--very creamy. Not bad for 99 cents!)

Spaghetti squash frittata (egg whites, basil, spaghetti squash, baby food broccoli swirl)
"Garlic & Herb" seasoning
Yes, more salad! And immodium. Iceburg mixed with mache.
More "Tuscan Italian dressing"
8 kalamata olives

That's all!
Kate.

Another yucky day, but ended ok. Had gurgles when I tried to exercise.

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
