I know it's time for me to get back on track. An unfortunate kickstart for it all was I got a horrific stomach flu last week. The advantage - I lost my holiday "pudge" around the middle. Since I was out of eating, I've started back slowly, cutting back portions drastically and guess what? I'm really not that hungry!!!
I don't know if I'm up to reporting in, but I just wanted you all to know I'm with you in spirit! I'm trying to eat sensibly and cut back calories.
I can't wait for this horrible weather to go away so I can start walking.
One step at a time!
