Ugh, I was doing so well... and then today just stunk. I started out my day by NOT eating my "pre-breakfast" and then promptly having a D attack that lasted most of the day. Then Adam came home with a package of UFOs for me, and I could NOT resist. Phooey.

breakfast: 1/2 cup granola w/ 1/2 cup vanilla soy milk
lunch: eggwhite-mushroom omelet, slice of plain toast, 2 mint meringues
snack: banana
snack: slice of toast
dinner: chicken drumstick w/o skin, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup peas
dessert: almost 400 calories of UFOs - sigh!

workout: with the bad D I didn't think a strenuous workout was going to be a good idea. I did, however, do a lot of housework.

Eh. Tomorrow's another day, thank goodness.

Hi Casey, Sorry to here you're feeling so crappy. Say,
what are these "Snowballs" you're talking about? Never
heard of them before. I suppose they are IBS safe? I hope
tomorrow is a better day for you! -Bob

No, they are definitely NOT IBS SAFE AT ALL. I should have posted them as a "UFO", and now I'm going to go back and change my post. I don't want to be guilty of giving anyone ideas. LOL

Breakfast: porridge made on water, ten grapes, brown sugar
Lunch: Coleslaw, turkey and Tomato in a brown sandwich
Snack: Special K cereal bar; pretzels
Dinner: Homemade veggie chili and brown rice
Snacks: 1 ferrero rocher (Must give them away) and 2 chocolate cookies (all gone now so they won't torment me anymore!)
Exercise: 45 minute walk; I also took the stairs at work both up and down, I work on the 7th floor so it's hard work.

1950
Total calories consumed: 1950:o Less Exercise 197 =
BMR 2438 -500 for weightloss - 1753 = 185 under budget. Remarkable given my naughtiness, but I really should be aiming for 750 for weightloss in order to get quicker results I think...

Nutrients
Lacking in Vitamin D and Calcium- any suggestions?

And they were actually kind of stale. Maybe that's what I'm upset about... I didn't even "cheat" with something good! LOL
