Calories 1780. The near grumbles last night came back again in the form of pain and so I had a bowl of oatmeal for lunch and thought my cals would be so low, but oatmeal is so high and then spaghetti for dinner is too. Exercise was 12.75 miles biking.

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

Really bad, crampy, nauseating day......I think it might be the cream of wheat. I felt fine until I ate breakfast. Almost couldn't keep it down and felt horrible the rest of the day!

Cream of Wheat
Mini Bagel
Chamomile Tea

LOTS OF GRAVOL (THANKS KATE!)

Homebaked Fries (also did not sit well!)
Chamomile Tea

Flour Tortilla
Green Beans

Mashed Potatoes
Lots of Chamomile Tea

It does....it hurts my stomach, too. So, I take 1/4 at a time...it works better for me to do it that way..

But, it does seem to work really well.
You're the best!!
HUGS!
