How do you do it? (I did a search twice and couldn't find a recipe...sorry if you already posted one!)
I've been eating, GASP, whole eggs and it is NOT a good idea!!!
I would be very, very grateful for the recipe!

hey ruch. here's what i do:
put the eggs in at least enough water to cover them, more if there's room. with eggs in before you start heating the water, bring it to a boil, and then boil for about fifteen minutes. err on the side of overcooking rather than under-. enjoy!

Ruchie, I always just took out the yolks after the eggs were cooked (and threw them in the garbage). It's as easy as hardboiling eggs and picking out the yolks.
HOWEVER...if you felt really fancy & funky & wanted that "eggy" effect/taste...you could stuff the de-yolked egg with
avocado slices or mushed avocado!
