Hey, liberated body, liberated mind--need I say more???
My torso is very happy. It's like catwalking through the day, or dancing...you know, flowing. I'm more in tune with my breathing (ultra important for me), my posture, my Qi.
Somehow, they give me more confidence, more self-esteem.
They are just too comfortable. I am more relaxed. Yes, yoga pants...they make me feel like I'm part of the Star Trek crew.

Thanks for the feedback! I took a blood test today and have an appointment with my doctor to discuss the details. I have some weird cravings, too, and wondered if this diet - mostly fiber and not much else now- was leaving me under-nurished in some way. I suspected so with the leg restlessness, and you've convinced me it's so. We'll soon know!
