2 Rice Cakes

Portabella mushrooms
Vegetable soup

Another bowl of Vegetable soup
Steamed PEELED red potatoes (with chives) *** really good.
Glad I chose them versus white or russet. I enjoy their textutre/flavour MUCH MORE. I don't need to HIDE their natural yumminess as I did with white ones ***
broiled zucchini
spinach puree (felt like dill & chives)

20g organic dark dairy-free chocolate

UFO Coffee
Earl Grey tea
Jasmine Green tea
Blueberry & Rosehip tea
Camomile tea
Peppermint tea
flat diet Gingerale
a few UFO diet Cokes too.

Holy caffeine cravings, Kate! And 20g of awesome chocolate too! Wow. And still way under calories, too! No reflux, either. Usual waking nausea, but managed it routinely. Very happy I peeled potatoes. No post supper cramps.

Kate.

Homebaked Fries
Animal Crackers

Mashed Potato/Green Bean Burrito

Cream of Wheat (too much wheat, only 1 bowl per day!! Blew up like a giant balloon!) Very Gassy!

Mashed Potatoes
Chamomile Tea

Hey Guys,

I think I've got to start posting again...the holidays have proven difficult for me. My main weakness is my mother's pie, and I have been indulging for the past few days.
Here's how yesterday went:

*Instant oatmeal with soymilk

*3/4 Luna Bar

*leftover turkey sandwich on sourdough, spring mix salad with lowfat dressing, and ginger cranberry sauce

*two slices of pie (cherry and peach) with green tea

*blue corn chips and carrot sticks with hummus

The pie didn't have as huge of an effect on me as a thought it would...just made me really lethargic and gross feeling. Today is already going a bit better.

Hope you all had lovely holidays!

Calories over 2000 and no exercise because I worked 5:30-4:00.

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
