IBS and Xenical

Hello, everyone! I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this question, so if not, redirect me. Anyway, my doctor and I are talking about starting me on the anti-obesity drug Xenical. I have about 50 pounds to lose, and she thinks it might help. However, I've done some research, and it looks like the possible side effects mostly involve the bowels, which I have enough trouble with anyway! Do any of you guys know about Xenical and its effects on someone with IBS? Do you know where I might find more info about this? Thanks in advance for any help!

...is don't go there. Unless you're on major steroids or something, then weight loss is just will power and commitment. Heck, even I'm losing weight now.
I would not endanger my health for a quick fix.
