Hey all,

I've been really suffering for the past few days, and haven't bothered posting...
I'm feeling a little bit better since this morning, but yesterday was pretty painful. Here's what I had to eat:

*banana with soy coffee

*hummus and arugula sandwich on sourdough, a few blackberries

*went out with a friend: Mexican rice and black beans with sauteed squash and bell peppers wrapped in a small spinach tortilla

*crackers with a tiny bit of peanut butter

I feel like I ate pretty much in accordance with my body's needs, even though it seems like quite a lot for an "off" day.
Hope you've all been well...

I don't know, girl.....I'm still tryin' to make it to the grocery store this week without getting sick.

I think it's anxiety. AS soon as I leave the house, I start burping. I don't do it when I'm sitting here at home. But, the whole time I'm away from the house, I'm burping and feeling like I'm going to throw up. I think it's just my nerves. Never experienced this mess before, so I don't know what it is. I'm the type of person that cannot stay at home at all.....EVER!! Now, I'm bound to my home by my anxiety I guess that was brought on by the AD I was on.

This stuff is so yummy. And it comes out really nice and moist too.

It seems like a big scary recipe, but it's actually really simple. The hardest part is grating the zucchini.

Meh. I want some. And I can't. Grrrr .

Okay, going grocery shopping is a pain anyway, but going out to a restaurant is fun! Plus, they have toilets and tea making facilities.

Maybe you should try the hypno Michelle? Or just make yourself do it!

That's hardly hard--my food processor does it in less than 5 seconds!

Ie. I didn't have a food processor when I used to make Zucchini Bread.

Now I'm watching my weight I find it easier to just never make it as it's so addictive.

I'm doing the hypno right now. I'm only on Day 12, so I guess I shouldn't expect results right away.....I had one bad experience while I was out and it has me scared....my brain thinks that everytime I leave my house now I'm going to get sick, just because it happened one time. GEEEZ!!!
I'm doing my christmas shopping online.

It DOES look like a big scary recipe! LOL! I will try it, though. Maybe on christmas!!

Actually, there are tons of things you can do with grated zucchini that would totally click with your diet, Linz!

It's a fabulous starch substitute, or often I'll add it, in that form to a rice dish/ rice pasta dish to make it more interesting. It's great mixed with beets as a kind of salad/side dish (cooked, of course). I know that there are tons of zucchini pancake recipes out there. Even add it to an egg white dish in that form, scrambled or even better as a frittata.
