I don't puree my veggies. I'm too lazy. I need to start doing it, though. I'm sure my body would appreciate it alot more!!!

That's a good idea to use that as a "condiment" with potatoes and stuff like that.

This sounds really good Bevrs.....I might check it out when I can eat meat, again. Too much on the acid reflux at the moment but I will look up the recipe for later!!

I keep feeding my bod things cause I read it's good for my bod or something...like in a magazine...and then I end up hurting for it later. I feel like I "should" be eating this or that......

So...it's time to listen to our bods!

And if something doesn't feel right, and throwing it away is the only option...then sometimes that's what we gotta do

I def need improvement in these areas too Thanks for sharing your goals with us...I think too many of us here share your dilemas!

Love you!!

I'm getting better at fulfilling them everyday!!!

I'm learning what I like/what works. The SF is AWESOME for my IBS-D! Trust me--it helps absorb excess fluid in my gut.
My bloating is nearly gone, too. As jaime mentioned, it is so tummy soothing.

I think I've got a long way to go towards becoming a consciously intuitive self-trusting eater. Trying new things is fun.

One thing I am really loving/learning is that SF FEELS SO GOOD!!! Honestly! Whether it is cereal or potatoe...Less fear/self-consciousness daily.
If I feel like veggies, I eat them--if I don't, I don't. If, I suddenly don't want what I've set out--then there's no pressure. There is NO PRESSURE! Weird--I guess I experience performance pressure re: eating.

I actually enjoy what I eat more.

Kate.
