i'm pretty sure she means psyllium caps - SFS. i used to take psyllium for my SFS, and it's 6 caps per serving. i think it's 2g fiber.

Careful of that coffee dimi.... caffeine is a GI irritant and for breakfast you really need something on your tummy. Oatmeal? Toast? Luna Bar.... not eating solid food until lunch time is not good for either IBS or weight loss.....your body will go into starvation mode and STORE fat and at dinner you really should have some kind of protein...how much is in your soy cheese? Maybe you could throw a tablespoon or two TVP into your sauce? Or 2-3oz chicken breast/ground turkey... 10 pounds by Jan 1st...NO PROBLEM.. you can do it. Get plenty of water too.
