I just did 10 miles---run 3, bike 3, run 1, bike 1, run 1, bike 1----without stopping. I swear someone cast a spell on me. I just can't even believe it. I was all worried about my upcoming race this Sunday, that I would embarrass myself and not even finish and I did it as if it was no big deal. Ok, so I'm sweating to death and beet red---but I did it!! Anyway, I have never gone that distance ever in my life. Wonders never cease!
