Hey Steph,
Do you remember the name of that website that we both wanted to try, where they plan out all your meals for you? I can't remember it at all, and I'm not having much luck searching through posts. If you remember it, can you let me know? Thanks

Hi Amanda,
Yeah, the website that we were talking about I think is the Zone Formula website. So it's formulazone.com.
When we talked about it, you had said something about it only letting you have a really small number of calories based on your height and weight, so I dunno if you'd have to make a few changes or something. Anyway, this is the link of the post that started it all in case you wanna look it over: Zone Diet

Yeah, it had given me relatively few calories to work with, but I'm wondering now if I can tweak it, especially since I've somehow gained a few pounds!
