I have been on WW since Febuary 1st, and I've lost almost 35lbs (YEAH!). I need to lose about 50 more, though, and I'm realizing reading this website that the high-fiber cereal and bread I've been eating- not to mention raw fruits and veggies- are hurting my poor intestines.

Anyone on here doing/done WW? Can you post the foods that are your staple foods for both IBS and WW? I already drink soy milk, and eat lots of chicken and fish. However, I do eat other low-fat dairy, and lots of fresh produce. Any hints woudld be really appreciated, thanks.

Do a search on this board for this... unfortunately lots of people have found that the IBS diet and the WW diet become pretty incompatible after a while. For example, Alicia (HansSolo) found loads of success by getting off weight watchers and just calorie-counting and watching portion sizes.

However, there are people who do like it, and there are definitely posts on this forum about that too. So try a search!
