I am reporting Tuesday's on Wednesday and I can't remember most of what I ate! Exercise 20 minute walk Water 56 oz SFS Acacia 1 tsp (still experimenting) Breakfast team america cheerios 2 hand fulls of blueberries original rice dream
What I can remember. Most of what I ate I can clearly see was from emotional binge eating(see therapist on Thurs. will discuss w/her) Pieces of watermelon toast hand full of peanuts corn chips heather's chocolate pudding(did I even taste it?) chocolate Dinner Heather's banana cornmeal pancakes syrup earth balance spread watermelon
What a day. I would never have been able to see that I am an emotional eater - I always kept denying it. One step at a time and at least now I recongize it! Now to work on it!

-------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:

Hi all!
Breakfast: Luna Bar and Applesauce = 277 calories
Lunch: Chicken breast baked in honey with tiny amount of rice (Adrian made lunch and the rice wasn't cooked, so I had about 2 bites to be nice)
Dinner: Sushi! 1 cucumber and avocado roll and one roll with mixed veggies and crab.
Snack: Slice of Pear Spice bread (with no nuts)
So not sure about calories, but I have a sneaking suspicion that it wasn't enough calories. I don't know why I am having so much trouble eating! Today I looked at myself in the mirror and felt so gross that the thought of eating made my stomach flip and I felt sick. I feel like I don't even look like myself anymore, it makes me really sad. Anyway, that's it for food today. I think I ALMOST had enough to drink, but not quite. --Steph
