I have only had a few short times since I got it to sit down and read, but so far I am enjoying it. The stuff about why diets don't work makes so much sense to me, it's unreal.

Yay! Isn't it nice to sit down and read something logical for once? I still have something like 30 pages to go, since my summer got really busy. I'll probably finish it this weekend. Today is my last day of my summer job, which is kind of sad since I love it here, but now I'll FINALLY have a little free time! Yippee! I can't wait to finish that book and the 2 others I've been trying to read all summer.  Hope you enjoy it!

Thanks! I hope you enjoy the rest of it as well... Do you find that you are still following the guidelines that you've read thus far?
So far, it does just seem to all make so much sense. I am so happy to read things that don't require you to completely illiminate something from your life, which is always sure failure for me.
Sorry to hear that you are leaving a job you love, they aren't easy to find!! Nice that you'll have some extra time to chill out and get some leisure stuff done, though!
