A really rough rollercoaster of a day. I've got a flu. So, mostly I just rested. My blood pressure is way too low and I'm woozy if I get up too fast. My body seems to be rejecting
or offended by veggies--it's fine with fruit, but veggies???
It just responds with a vehement/violent NO!NO!NO! So, I'm honouring and listening to that voice. Indeed, I'm craving fruit obscenely. Is this a bad thing?

In typical hobbit habit, random order, et cetera, etc.:

--1 L Gatorade (I'm definitely a COOL BLUE FAN)
--zucchini/spinach(I had some babyfood asparagus, but body said "NO!" so I ditched it and had a tiny bit of spinach instead)
--1 c. blackberries
--more zucchini, 1 c. beets (with honey/balsalmic dressing)
--applesauce, 1/2 c.
--2 c. blueberries
--1 c. cranberry juice
--750 ml. no-chicken stock
--juice of 3 lemons
--1 c. carrot juice
--1 Jolly Rancher

I think that's all for tonight. Maybe just some more Gatorade or juice or tea with honey. Those blueberries truly are irrisitable, though...

I haven't a clue re: calories, but I'm sure I've met my basal needs and not over-consumed, either.

Kate, IBS-D.

B: MOM with banana 350 and 4g
snacks and lunch: luna 180 4.5, mango and banana 150, PB&J 300 6g, zucchini bread 300 6g, sherbet 120, pretzels 150 1g
D: peanutty noodles 300 and 5g
DE: smoothie with banana, strawberries, blueberries, milk, honey and lite cool whip (shared with DH- he needs cool whip) 250 and 2g
Total (exceeded cals today ) 2100! 12% fat.
Exercise: worked in high heat 5 hours, did really well, then tried to lift weights. It has been almost 3 weeks since my last weight lifting/ball workout. I couldn't do half of what I normally do. Then I felt real sick again and dizzy and unenergetic and yucky! Oh when will it end? Took advil and pep/fennel tea. Was better in evening but still dizzy. I don't seem to be able to handle summer. I am wondering if I shouldn't have an outside job at all. Oh well whatever happens I guess I just have to deal with it.

"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
