b: HNC and orange juice with acacia in it 500 cals and 2g fat
snacks: naked choc juice 1/2 bottle 90 cals 3g, banana 100, smoothie 350 and 6g
D: leftovers: 1 breast (marinated in lemon, soy, garlic and rosemary, grilled on a rosemary skewer- it was so yummy and juicy even the next day!), little bit potatoes, 1/2 piece baguette, 1 ear corn about 350 and 5g fat
De: choc/pb soy delicious YUM! 150 and 5g
total: 1540 and 22% fat.
Exercise: NONE. I laid around and was on the computer most of the day. I plan on being well again tomorrow and biking on Monday which will make 3 weeks and 1 day since I was on my bike. Generally something happens every year that detains my training. Anyway I want to garden tomorrow morning and hope to feel better. Today I was sleepier than yesterday but my symptoms are way better. No more sore stomach muscles from coughing.

Went to the market in early a.m. (Trick or treating for the week--nature's candy!!! Black raspberries, golden raspberries were my prize aquisitions!!! They are like jewels!!!) Feeling much improved by following m.d.'s orders and becoming a woman worth her "salt." I must bury myself in that book--Little Minnie mentioned that there's a book called "Salt." I don't sleep, and I'm still on my t.v./music fast. Positively clueless re: world events. Alas, the false bliss of ignorance. It's starting to get to me.

In typical hobbit habit, random order, etc. et cetera:

--Gatorade, 1200 ml.
--1 c. strawberries
--1 c. apricots
--25 cherries
--1 L no chicken broth
--zucchini/spinach/basil/dill "salad" (pureed/babyfood) with
opiate honey dijon dressing (I'd hate to take a blood test--I feel like Elaine in that Seinfeld episode where she couldn't go to Africa, i.e. the bloodwork results from those Poppyseed bagels!)
--green swiss chard puree (quick Thai vinaigrette, with seasoned rice vinegar) with a bunch of roast carrots encrusted with COARSE SALT and Thai herbs/spices)
--2 c. carrots (raw, prior to cooking)
--fennel rooibos tea with honey (4 double bagged mugs)
--I forget how much water--over 2 litres, though
--Raspberry zinger herbal tea (chilled) 3 glasses
--ONLY ONE MUG OF UFO BEVERAGE, black.
--flat club soda water
--2 Jolly ranchers
--Juice of 4.5 lemons

So, that's all for today. I just can't stop drinking fluid and no, I'm not diabetic or anything. It's awful, but mostly my favourite food is water. So...I guess it boils down to "CHARGING" or ionizing that water and making it potent or electrical!

Re: calories? who knows? who cares? Is it enough? Is it too much? I'm on hiatus from giving a poop and I feel pretty good, so...that's good enough.

Kate.

Yep poppy seeds LOL! The book 'Salt' is by Mark Kurlansky and is in the history and bestseller sections. It sounds boring but got a lot of praise. I don't have time to read it though.
