B: MOM and banana 350 and 4g
snacks and lunch: luna bar, 5 cookies, sorbet, froot loops 930 and 15g
D: garlicky garden veggies and crab salad rolls here (great on hot days) 450 cals 10g
Total:1730 and 29 15%

Feeling pretty bad. My no D streak was broken. It was a badly managed day. I was bloated and gassy after a nap and I have been sick and dehydrated and then I didn't take the squash seeds out tonight either. So I got D and hope it does not screw up my weekend! This will be my last report for a few days as I am going to an annual convention. Last year I did so awesome at it and I hope I am ok this time, but it seems like bad timing!
Exercise: none again. Still sick- asthma very bad!

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

In usual hobit habit, random order, and predominantly pureed:

--2/3 pot of UFO (black)-- okay, molten java
--1.5 c. beets
--zucchini (I used to love zucchini and beets with poppyseed dressing in the salad days which I tossed. Now, I just eat the salad pureed/cooked. I loved spinach and greens and fruit with poppyseed or raspberry dressing, too. The zing/tang is coming back)
--spinach puree
--30 bing cherries
--2 c. papaya
--1 peach
--about 2 Tbsp. honey
--a splash of seasoned rice vinegar
--2 c. raspberries

That's all for now, folks. If I have anything else, it will be some raspberry jello. Yes, I know...Jello Curse me.

Kate, IBS--D.
