What to eat the day before having Colonoscopy Fun?

I'm open for suggestions. Clear only. Nothing red or purple. Got veggie broth. And jello, I guess.

I thought about that. But I was worried my blood sugar would crash and I'd have like no enegy.....did that happen for you?

I have been drinking gatorade for today (Wednesday) as my colonoscopy is on Friday.
Pedialite is good to drink too, but it is so expensive!! Here it is, anyway (Vancouver).
I think that is you keep drinking this kinda stuff the whole time, you are less likely to feel so bad.
This is what I have for tomorrow:
Orange jello, popsicles, chicken broth, gatorade, one thing of pedialite, gingerale. And castor oil and phospho soda, yummy!
