1/2 cup (dry) oat bran made with 1 1/4 cups lite soymilk, cinnamon & brown sugar

60 min stair climber

vegan gardenburger on a white bun, piece of ff bread

1/2 cup of homemade ff egg salad (first time ever making it - turned out really good, but messy!) on a piece of honey white bread, with 1/2 cup steamed/pureed carrots with a bit of brown sugar

antidepresant brownie

piece of ff bread

homemade red beans & rice with chicken, 1/2 cup pureed corn, piece of ff bread, serving homemade ff frozen chocolate pudding

serving of baked tostitos (my body is craving salt!), glass of lite choc soy to mix with meds

Total: about 1750

Fruits: 0
Veggies: 3

Today was NOT a nutritionally sound day. We ended up running a lot of errands on the way to the gym, which I was unaware of, so we ended up being gone so much longer than I'd planned food for. Then I really wasn't hungry and took a long nap. So, like I said, not a nutrionally sound day, but tomorrow will include more veggies and fruit.

A dark gloomy rainy day. MIGRAINE, nausea, etc. all day long.
Popped Rolaids like PEZ candy after lunch. Dinner revisited me (puke-a-thon). Took pepto.

--2.5 c. strawberries
--ataulfo mango
--green swiss chard
--velvety zucchini with herbs (whipped/blended with the chard)
--1 c. beets, watercress, dill, chives
--spinach/zucchini (revisited me)
--yellow beans (revisited me)

Later (this stayed down):

--2 mini bananas
--I forget how many saltines
--about 18 all fruit gummies
--tea with honey
--baby food green beans
--baby food blueberries, 3/4 c.

I think my gut is also stressed re: the funeral home I'm going to visit, tomorrow (SUNDAY) and the funeral on Monday.
Okay, stress is an understatement.

Ok I don't remember yesterday perfectly well.
I know I had some candy at the movies, junior mints and dots. I then had a few homemade cookies afterward. For dinner we had friends over and I made a Thai meal so: 1 summer roll with dipping sauce, 1 small piece BBQ chicken breast with Thai BBQ sauce (marinated in coconut milk), rice, spicy spinach, glass of German wine (was perfect with the spicy Thai food). Dessert didn't sit well, cool whip based lemon pie with a little milk in it and ginger snap crust. I don't think I can do it again. Had some 1/2D, I guess I can call it, after my friends left but not bad.
Weight was 128
Exercise: none, still sick!

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
