Hi, there! I'm horrible at giving directions, but it's slow here on the weekends so I'll give it a try. Just click on the board or forum you want to post in (they're listed above the green bar: IBS Diet, IBS Recipes, etc) or you can click on Message Boards (on the green bar) and from there choose the forum you want to post in. Don't click on any subject listed within the forum/once you're in the forum, if you want to start a new subject. On the right hand side, just a little bit above the the list of subjects, you'll see six yellow rectangles. Click on the one that says POST. HTH!

I hope this feeling good about oneself is contagious! This is a good "virus" to have! Seriously, accolades for treating yourself. A self that is treated royally often responds accordingly. YOU ARE WORTH IT!!! Now, I feel guilty for not rewarding myself or treating myself to anything lately.

WOW girl you have done so well, the weight is falling off you, its great that you are feeling so good too.
I have put on weight since I was reporting every day but I am pretty happy with my weight- I will try to lose three or four pounds before my September wedding (so that I can pig out over the wedding celebrations and honeymoon) and I could do with toning up a bit, but I am inspired by your HUGE loss, a whole STONE, WOWEEE

Thanks, sweetheart. I really keep my portions VERY small and eat several times throughout the day. As for summer eating - BBQ - baby! Grilled chicken, grilled veggies, are my favourite, lots of smoothies - with whatever fresh fruit is in season. I also eat lots of rice. Lots and lots of rice. It's my staple.

Very small portions eating frequently throughout the day. That's the secret for me.

I got the eating frequewntly, and now am insisting on baby plates and small portions. Makes a huge dif in appetite and tiredness!

Good for you! Keep it up! It may take some time for your stomach to adjust to the smaller portions, but once you do, you'll feel a lot better and you won't be as hungry.
