I had lost 12 pounds but put it right back on and then some after that. Stupid IBS, stupid South Beach.

I didn't realise that you had Irish blood Alicia- do you know what part of the country your roots are? Yeah there are a lot of Irish communities all over the US & Canada. When i lived in NY we couldn't believe how proud people were to be Irish and how much the Irish communities looked after us.
Scotland is so wild and beautiful, you really should save to go visit your brother- what part does he live in?
