Hi ya'll,

So the 4.5 lbs that mysteriously dropped off my body have come back, darnit. I only have myself to blame, though, 'cause I haven't been real careful about what I've been eating lately.

Anyway, so I gained more weight and now I am more in the "needing" to lose weight, rather than just "wanting" to lose weight so I can get the breast reduction surgery I want. Right now, I weigh 167 lbs and I have no idea how much they'll want me to lose for the surgery, but I imagine that it will be quite a lot really.

So as soon as I got home from work yesterday, I hopped onto the elliptical machine and did a 30 minute program and then I did the arms and buns section of my "10 Minute Solutions" DVD (I really like this DVD, all the exercises make me 'feel it') (so 20 minutes) and then 10 minutes of sit-ups on a body ball. Then I did stretching.

I'm so afraid I will do this for a couple of days and then just fall off the wagon again.. I don't understand why I can't just say, "This is what I am going to do" and then stick to it! I am just hoping that the thought of smaller boobs will be the push I need, but who knows? I guess we'll see!!

I found that a reduction in my anti-depressants helped me to lose the weight and my boobs went down a size. Hopefully, as you go off the AD's, your boobs will go down a bit too. I found I had a voracious appetite while on AD's and it's much better now that I'm on a lower dose. Hopefully, as you go off the AD, you'll be able to lose easier. I know I did.
Also, try eating very small portions several times throughout the day. That's what I'm doing and it's working splendidly. Don't eat big meals. Have breakfast, mid morn, lunch, mid aft, supper, and bedtime. All very small portions. Tons of water.
Hugs, Alicia.

Thanks Alicia,

I think the 4.5 lb weight loss I had before might have been from going off the ADs, and I have just gained it back because when I went BACK of them to wean myself off properly, I ate like crazy for a while.

I do try to eat small portions, and I do think that I am good at it EXCEPT when it comes to dinner. I usually just eat a big dinner, and then not anything afterwards and we've been eating later so I feel really 'ugh' all night. I think I need to try and split my dinner into two meals, one earlier and one later or something.

Thanks for the advice, I am so happy for you with your successful weight loss! You are doing KICK BUTT!!

**hugs**
