IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

Sometimes, "yin" foods keep you cool when it's a sauna out there!

--1 c. puffed rice
--puree of zucchini, herbs; puree of spinach
--3/4 c. white basmati rice
--puree of spinach
--mixed greens
--3/4 c. white basmati rice, mushrooms (baby bella and cremini)

Later on? Probably rice cakes/crackers or dry cereal.

I forgot to snack again. However, I divided my meals into stages. I'm one of those hyper types that finds it hard to even sit through eating. It's terrible, sometimes I don't even have the patience! Or I get distracted, i.e by listening to music while I eat, or talking/listening if I have company. Sometimes the music or the company fills me up. I'm not used to eating so much rice, but I'm upping the rice/grain calories a little as I'm not eating sf fruit.
