OK, I'm all caught up again.... I posted Weigh in result on 6/3/05 and measurements on 6/4/05.... and tonight I have Body Sculpting class that my personal trainer teaches... and tonight is bandana theme night.... I have a light blue and a light pink one...not sure which one I will wear yet...hehehe.

Oh, and Kandee had requested to see a picture of Heather my PT and she agreed to do it, but not quit yet....she is really strange about having her pic taken when her body is not "Ready"... she is also in very strict training right now with her PT.... but she said soon. There will be one of just her and one of her and I together!! hehehe

Shell: I can't get over the new and ever improving you! You are living proof of how to make a new habit stick! I admire your courage to change, to sweat like a mad woman every day, and to continue. I wish you increasing success and discipline. You are an inspiration. An ATHENA.

Well, I'm feeling anything but hungry and wholly satiated with a little more complex carb. No more restlessness. I feel great without the sprouts and more energetic with a negligible amount of salad--the extent of my raw. The fat intake is lower, though. It will take awhile to become accustomed to feeling SO FULL, so satisfied. I'm not consuming more calories, just different calories. Formerly, I derivived more carbs from fruit, but as it really causes discomfort and D I'm abstaining from it.

--1 c. puffed rice (with sea salt)
--1 c. whipped potatoes
--puree of spinach, dandelion, zucchini, herbs
--3/4c. rice
--puree of spinach and zucchini
--mushrooms, mixed greens

Snacks later on? Either a cup of dry cereal, rice cakes/crackers.

Oh gosh guys. I didn't do well today. 1) It's my little sister's 21st birthday and we're not speaking (it's a long story, and a painful one) and then my husband and I got into a big fight about money and our anniversary on Thursday. So needless to say I went for comfort food.

The only thing I have is that some people were arguing I was eating too few calories.
