snacks: 2 bananas, luna 380 and 4.5
lunch: turkey sandwich with a tiny bit of UFO and tomato, spinach. Mango and raspberries for dessert 500 and 10 g.
half of a pecan cookie and some batter 100 and 3g
Dinner: tilapia with papaya red pepper jam, rice and spicy spinach 450 and 10g

Exercise: felt icky and took the day off. Did some cleaning.
other: drank lots of tea- a whole pot. Had early bloat and icky feeling which went away. But I have been not entirely flat tummied for a long time now. One month ago today is when this bad streak started. I hope it ends tomorrow!

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

Oh gawd, another awful day. My hormone's are f***ed! I was doing okat till dinner...then had one dinner (fishcakes and low-fat oven fries), then went out to the cinema, missed the showing we had meant to see so went to Chilli's to wait so a friend could have some food...was starving so I shared a veggie pita and proper fries with Si ...then went to the cinema, was STILL starving and had some SWEET popcorn. AAARGH!

NO LOSE NO GAIN (So that is still a total of 83 lost since May 28, 2004 )

I have already reached my FIRST goal that was to lose 40 pounds by Fall Sprawl! My SECOND goal was to lose an additional 20 for a total of 60 by Fall Sprawl.... which I did. My THIRD goal was lose another 20 for a total of 80 by January 31, 2005...but that did not happen....

Then my FOURTH goal... was to lose an additional 23 for a total of 90 pounds by April 30, 2005..... This did not happen either....but it was be close But that is OKAY!! I'm working on NEW goals with my trainer. ... We are not aiming for a "WEIGHT" right now, but more eating the right foods, right portions, right times of the day (several small meals) and LOTS of exercise!!

Also, be sure to check out "My new personal goal Introducing the future Shell Marr " and Shell & Shane's Before & After Pics (1 year)
