B: Instant oatmeal with Acacia, banana & honey. Rooibos with soy milk.

L: Immune Boosting Pasta (boy I overdid the garlic tho...I am so sick of the taste of it in my mouth now. Urgh. Everyone - follow the darn recipe, okay? ). Glass soy milk.

S: Slice of toast (I've got the morning nausea again...haven't had that for over a year Shows what being bad does to you).
Half a pear (the other half was mushed).
Coffee (gotta stop using it as a Fibro crutch - my tum is NOT happy).
Slice of cake (ditto on that).
Satsuma.
Glass fruit juice.
Glass soy milk with Acacia.

D: Fish cakes and low-fat oven fries.

Total cals: 2149 (guessing on the type of cake).
BMR + Lifestyle - 500 = 2214

So that's okay. But I feel crap and my protein intake was only 11%. I've gotta be better.

B: MOM with a little smart balance
snacks and lunch: 2 very ripe bananas, luna, pretzels, 3 licorice, PB&J, carrots
first dinner: HNC
dinner: leftover jambalaya and 2 pieces baguette
cals: around 1800
exercise: worked 8 hours
water: not as high as last 2 days but ok
other: Still messed up! Got bad D cramps this morning while working and felt awful. I did not want to have to quit work. Took 1 immodium and they gradually went away which is like a miracle. Then I had a fine day until late afternoon when I was very bloated. Had tea and heating pad and am ok now. At least being mostly stable makes my episodes much briefer. I am upping my acacia. I think I am just still slightly C and my body wants it out and causes these D attacks. I had 3 in 2 weeks but averted today's.

"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

fitday public journal

In other news, I really need to be eating more... my numbers have been, for the most part, so small lately. I also have to get a solid routine going because my sleeping is all out of whack. However, it looks like I might have landed a JOB starting Monday! So that would help with the routine (and my severe lack of funds right now)... even if the shift is 4pm to 12am...!

I need to start doing this every day so this is my official public announcement! I really have no clue what I ate...all I can say is too many cals and carbs and gut cramp! I am hoping my public reporting will help me break my bad habbits and help me form new healthy ones.
So, here's to new beginnings!

I've never seen it anywhere. Do you find it in the frozen food section? Is it a veggie, meat substitute, or what exactly??

Thanks

Quorn is a meat substitute brand. We get it at our Whole Foods or Central Market, grocery stores with a lot of health food stuff. It's works like a turkey roast, basically.
Here's a link.

Well, the thing about IBS is that there are no hard and fast rules. It might not be a good idea in general, but it's never bothered me.
