9 POUNDS! That's 4 inches - 2 off the waist and 1 off the chest and hips. I'm so excited. I just turfed the WW and did my own thing and it's working! The med change has to be helping, too. I'm eating smaller portions, and eating more frequently throughout the day. I'm not even counting calories - just eating sensibly. Yipee!! I'm so encouraged. YEH!!!!

Congratulations! I find that when I eat sensibly and don't worry about calories I lose too. You're on a roll, keep it up!
