Ugh... another bad food day. Too many calories because of too many carbs - lately I've been just comfort-eating so much in the evenings, breads and crackers and breadsticks and pasta. I also ran out of soymilk so I couldn't have my post-workout shake and blah blah blah... Anyway, I won't type it all out but here are the so-so numbers:

Cals 2316
Fat 32g (13%)
Carbs 425g (69%)
Protein 95g (18%)

Water: not enough (again!!!)

Good workout though...
Back & biceps day
Deadlifts 4x10,8,8,6 (+warmup)
Pullups 3x6-10
Bent over barbell rows 3x6-10
Bicep (EZ bar) curls 3x6-10
Concentration curls, drop sets

[burned about 290 calories, for a total of 2281 today]

EEEk! Rutchie, please tell me you normally eat much more than that! 900 calories is about HALF of what you need!
