So far,

A berry bar (I was running late). 3pts
A fish sandwich from McDonald's. I ordered it w/o cheese or tartar but they got it wrong and it had cheese. I'm NOT happy, and will make a phone call. >:[ 7 pts
A bag of animal cracker type cookies. 6 pts.

Dinner is going to be on the run tonite, DD has horseback lessons. Bleah. I hope to walk a mile, if time allows. Today's just flying by!

Believe it or not, I didn't know it was fried! I haven't had one of those in about 100 years... I was just about to order my usual grilled chicken w/o mayo, and I changed my mind for some reason. *sigh* It was yucky anyway. No more of those for me!

B: MOM with a few raisins
snacks and lunch (work day- I eat every hour or so) 2 bananas, 2 lunas, pretzels, baby carrots, PB&J
dinner: salad with grilled portabello, pepper, tomato, onion and balsamic dressing along with a ton of my sliced potatoes and 2 baguette chunks
exercise: worked 8 hours (had a bad day- boo hoo- because a woman took her bad day out on me by saying I needed to get out of her driveway- I was there for less than 60 seconds! B***H!)
Also need to do ball work since I forgot yesterday
total cals just under 1600 BMR 1430 I think plus work so that seems pretty good.
Liquid: right on track- tea 24oz and water maybe 70 oz

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

Hi All - feeling better today (Tues) but yesterday I was still under the weather. Here's what I ate:

Monday:
Breakfast - Soy milk w/fiber, chocolate muffin (NOT my fault, my mom made them!! JK) In retrospect, a bad idea.
snack - UFO beverage
Lunch - Turkey on WW burger bun w/"cheese" and mustard. Cherry coke (UFO) to settle sour stomach.
Snack - unseetened applesauce
Dinner - Chicken, green bean, and new potato salad from Heather's book. Yuuuuuuum. Tropical fruit salad (mango, papaya, pinapple, banana) double yuuuuuuum. Apparently my family thought so too However, after this I may have to have a word w/my dad and bro re: portion control!!! (also had 1.5 slices of sourdough)
dessert - half sugar cookie from Whole foods -yuuuuum again. Although not the best idea for a sick tummy.

Excercise - skipped normal gym workout and just walked dog ~15 min.
