May I inquire re: what is a UFO? Sorry, to sound ignorant or from "The Third Rock From the Sun," but I don't think it's an "unidentified flying object!" (I miss that show!)

I *think* it stands for unidentifiable food object! It's used for posting foods that aren't IBS-safe but that some people have cos they're okay with it (or don't care!  ).
