Fingers crossed for you! Here is my day so far:

Coffee- 1
Cheerios- 2
Soup- 1
UFO- 1

Total: 4

MINUS: An hour on the treadmill! I ran at 5.5 mph for 30 minutes and walked for 36. That should be -3 leaving me currently at 1 point for today.

But, Eric's grandma is flying in tonight for the week so I was leaving a lot of points for dinner, I figured we were eating out.

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

B: Oatmeal with pineapple
L: Rice, pineapple chutney, corn
Snack: Muffin and chocolate bar
Dinner: Chinese takeaway- boiled rice, prawns, basil, very little oil (yummy)
Snacked a bit before the chinese came on unsafe thai chili crisps mmmm
Activies: None. I have been so tired since I was sick and even needed a nap before dinner.
Calories: over budget, but I don't really care as I enjoyed my food*(I know bad attitude)!

If I could maintain my current weight or lose two or three more pounds that would do I think

I'll see if I can remember all of what I did yesterday...was still terribly C...and didn't run at all! Not even yoga or crunches! Poop!
Breakfast: Chrysanthemum Tea and Cereal w/soymilk
(I was out of regular)

Lunch: 1/2 Chicken sandwhcih and some cottage cheese with 1/2 banana on top

Dinner: I went out to eat and got Minestrone Soup again and a yummy (and I'm sure very fatty) salad

Snacks: Yams and a plum I think...

I had very long breaks between my food today! I was soooo hungry but my dad thought I would spoil my dinner so he didn't let me eat before hand.

On 5/13 I ate

1 1/3 cereal bar, and a 4pt bag of dry Cheerios.
A PBJ sandwich
One slice of pizza, and two teensy bits of cheesy bread - Boy howdy, did I pay for that!

48 oz water, no exercise - the pizza put me down for a while.

Overall, 26.5 pts.
A banana.

I LOST ONE AND A HALF POUND! (So that is a total of 81.5 lost since May 28, 2004)

I have already reached my FIRST goal that was to lose 40 pounds by Fall Sprawl! My SECOND goal was to lose an additional 20 for a total of 60 by Fall Sprawl.... which I did. My THIRD goal was lose another 20 for a total of 80 by January 31, 2005...but that did not happen....

Then my FOURTH goal... was to lose an additional 23 for a total of 90 pounds by April 30, 2005..... That did not happen either....but it was close But that is OKAY!! I'm working on NEW goals with my trainer. ... We are not aiming for a "WEIGHT" right now, but more eating the right foods, right portions, right times of the day (several small meals) and LOTS of exercise!!
