HOLY COW!!! I must have taken way too much milk of Magnesia or something because I had the worst D that I felt come on during my run today and i had it this morning too but it wasn't as bad. This was severe and I was sweating and really really hot too. SCARED!!! I was extremely bad today as I had a HUGE chocolate craving...that might have caused it too? Breakfast: Chrysanthemum Tea and Cereal w/ regular skim milk
Lunch: 1/2 Chicken Sandwich and Fat Free Cottage Cheese with fruit and Soy milk
Dinner: 4 Potstickers and 1/4 cup green beans
Snacks: THIS IS WHERE I WENT HAYWIRE!!! 5 Chocolate Truffles, a chocolate heart, and 2 chocolate bells, a banana, and some tuna rice salad
The only thing I ate after I went on my hour long run was dinner and I ate the chocolate before it so I really think that was what caused all my problems. I weighed myself today and I've lost a pound...102 today after dinner. Oy what's happening to me?

Thursday - not too bad . . .
Breakfast - banana nut muffin, soy milk w/fiber snack - UFO beverage, scone Lunch - turkey and cheese on WW w/spinach and mustard snack - apple dinner - apricot chicken over rice, green beans, applesauce (unsweetened). dessert - one mini Crunh bar, 2 York patties. Late snack - animal crackers
Excercise - 1 hr pilates tape, walked dog 15 min.

too tired to report foods etc but I was good, weighed in and have lost 2 pounds (was sick two days with v little appetite)
So I am currently at 131. If I could maintain this I would be happy enough, am going to try get down to 128 but if I could hover around 130 that would suit me fine, with a bit of toning too.
