ok.. i'm back again.. I need to get serious. This probably isn't the best time to start because thursday I leave for a cruise until monday but at least this will get me back in the swing of things.

WorkOut- Hip hop dance class for 80 mins. 414 cals burned.

Breakfast- Corn Pops (ALOT ) - 233 cals

Lunch- Large Garden Salad with Honey Mustard Dressing,a salt bagel, and a coke - 464 cals

Dinner- ling ling shu mai, 3 chicken and veg potstickers, and 1/2 cup of white rice- 485 cals

Snacks- baked lays, baby carrots, sorbet, corn pops, one can soda - 609 cals

TOTAL- 1792 (not too bad.. but not awesome.) I need to stop with the coke, and I did give it up.. unfortunately coke was on sale for 1.97 for a 12 pack and I loooove it. haha.. I need to keep reminding myself its EMPTY cals though. boo.

I had an interesting day today. JV districts was HORRIBLE in the wether department so I might be sick tommorrow! Poop! At least yesterday was the last day of track! I also have had a strange thing in which I can drink milk without any problems so far. It hasn't bothered me a bit! I just started drinking it again without any problems and I had cheese a couple days ago without any problems. I do take 2 Citrucel and a beano with every meal and Glycolax in the mornings with my tea so maybe that's it?
Breakfast: Chrysanthemum Tea (I bought more! The Ginger tea I had on monday was the GROSSEST thing I have ever tasted and chrysanthemums are sweet so I needed more!) and cereal w/ regular milk
Lunch: 1 cup Salmon and Veggie Rice
Dinner: Apple Chicken Sausage (Safe???), Potatoes and green beans
Snacks: Apples, Grapes, and a poptart
I didn't eat much today because I felt guilty about the last three days in which I've had pigging out fests. I weighed myself today too and after I drank a whole bunch of water I was 103 plus I'm C so i wonder if I have lost weight? THat would be weird considering how bad I've eaten lately.

minus 500 weight loss leave me with 500 surplus

Not a healthy day, left work early as felt woozy, no real appetite for anything, sore head, limbs and tummy.
