Have fun in New Orleans!

I won't be reporting in again for a while... my IBS has gone completely haywire in the past week, after being pretty much stable for a long time. The only thing I can really figure is that it's my allergies, and if that's the case, it's going to be a looooooong summer.

Anyway, in the meantime, I'm going on a trip, so I'm scared to death to eat anything other than SF foods, so it's also completely pointless to count calories. I know I'm way over my "budget", but I have to focus on what's more important.

I'm heading to NJ till the 14th... be good, everyone!

and I hope the IBS gets better! Mine went a little naughty today I think from all the cold meds/pred. or something. Had D while working and had to work afterward for the first time! But it was mild. So is it the allergies or the allergy meds that is bothering you do you think? Anyway lots of luck with eating on the trip!

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

Too much snot. LOL! I haven't been taking any allergy meds at all, because the only one that does anything for me is Benadryl... and Benadryl knocks me out cold, something I can't afford to be doing, especially while driving. Heh.

Thanks for the good wishes. I know I'll be fine once I get there, I'm just not looking forward to the drive at all!

Mayfest was tonight and it was soooooo pretty! I had alot of fun watching everyone!
Breakfast: Chrysanthemum Tea and Cereal
Lunch: Teriyaki Rice, Chicken, a few carrots
Dinner: Sushi! Eda Mame, Salmon Roll, Rainbow roll, and a cucumber salad
Snacks: Banana, Raisens, apple, Wheat/flax bread
I went on the bike today for about 40 minutes and did some arm/weight lifting excersize that I learned last year for track. It's supposed to help your form while your running or something? I hope it helps! Districts is coming up!

I LOST THOSE ONE POUND! (So that is a total of 80 lost since May 28, 2004)

I have already reached my FIRST goal that was to lose 40 pounds by Fall Sprawl! My SECOND goal was to lose an additional 20 for a total of 60 by Fall Sprawl.... which I did. My THIRD goal was lose another 20 for a total of 80 by January 31, 2005...but that did not happen....

Then my FOURTH goal... was to lose an additional 23 for a total of 90 pounds by April 30, 2005..... That did not happen either....but it was close But that is OKAY!! I'm working on NEW goals with my trainer. ... We are not aiming for a "WEIGHT" right now, but more eating the right foods, right portions, right times of the day (several small meals) and LOTS of exercise!!
