Hi all!!

Okay, once again I did no exercise. Bad, bad Stephanie! I have my gym stuff with me today so intend to go to the gym after work.

Anywho, that makes my food budget: 1817 calories

Breakfast: Nutz Over Chocolate Luna Bar = 180 calories

Snack: 4 arrowroot cookies and an applesauce = 213 calories

Snack: Some pretzels and 2 more arrowroot = 90 calories

Lunch: Panini with grilled chicken and roasted peppers and onions (I took some of the veggies off - I HATE raw onions and peppers are not really my friends) = 452 calories

Snack: Peaches, juices drained and half a peppermint chocolate GeniSoy Bar = 165 calories

Snack: Handful sunflower seeds (Not safe for some people!) = 135 calories

Dinner: Sushi! Now, I am not sure about these numbers. I had a cucumber roll, an avocado roll and a chicken teriaky roll (eaten over about an hour) = 520 calories (??)

Snack: Handful of trail mix (Not safe for some people!!) and 5 UFO = 150 calories

For a total of... 1905 calories which is 88 calories over my goal!
Hee hee, I was trying so hard to eat enough calories that I ate too many! Whoops!! I didn't think that sushi would have so many calories, I will be more aware of that next time!

Drinks: I DID make my goal with drinks, and then some! I think I musta been really dehydrated because I had about ten glasses of water and 1 large tea (Rooibos Vanilla) and I only peed like twice! Poor body!

I DID NOT stick to my idea of not eating after 7. I ate dinner about 6:30, then had some UFO and then the trail mix between 8:30-10.

Cheers!!

Oh Shell!!
I am so sorry that happened to you, stuff like that is so scary even if you're not really hurt or anything. And thank goodness you aren't really hurt!
I hope that your shoulder and neck stop bothering you soon. Don't overdo it 'til you know your body is ready!

I'm thinking about ya!!

**big gentle hugs**

Hey... I started a thread earlier, but I will repost in this one.

I am so sorry to hear about your car accident Shell. I'm glad you are more or less ok!

Hi All, so I ate this UFO today, thinking it would be 5 points. I get home, check the website and find a similar UFO and it's 8 points. 8 points! Thus, my day is totally and completely blown.

Coffee- 1
Cheerios w/ blueberries- 3
UFO- 8
Frozen meal- 7
Corn- 1
Mushrooms- 1
Asparagus- 0
Banana- 2
UFO- 4

Total: 27. I am a bad, bad girl. The banana was one more point than I thought as well. Crap.
