i worked all day today and all day yesterday so i didnt have much to eat during the daytime. and when i got home i was so sick-feeling from being starving that ijust ate what was cooked. it was yummy yummy!! but without the acacia my tummy is mad at me

B-*vanilla soyogurt
-*steamed vanilla soymilk
-*sm.mixed fruit

D-*pizza

S-*choc.soy icecream

some peppermint tea and i forgot my workouts today just too exhausted from work to have the energy. april 30th was the very same meals too but i DID my PM workouts then
i think i need a new job

OK... here is my reporting in......
My BMR = 2083 + I burned 994 calories ( Pictures of Shell & Shane at Bloomsday 12K (7.46 miles baby!!) ) - 730 less calories to get to my goal = 2347 calorie food budget.

Breakfast (starting at 6am instead of 8:30-9am) : 262 calories Mini Bagel w/dab of Peanut Butter, Apple Cinn Oatmeal, 8oz Decaf Chai Tea w/1 teasp sugar & Water

Snack: 170 calories Toasted Nutz N Cranberry Luna Bar & Water

While on Race: 18 calories 6 Altoids

After Race: 150 calories Poweraide

Lunch: 576 calories Subway sandwich...2/3rds of a FOOT LONG (after the race) only Turkey, Lettuce, Pickle, Mustard, & Easy Easy Lite Mayo, 1 oz Baked Lays & Water

Snack: 170 calories Toasted Nutz N Cranberry Luna Bar & Water

Dinner: 375 calories 10" Flour Tortilla w/3oz Chicken Breast, 1/2 cup Basmati Rice, 3 Tablespoons Picanta Sauce & Water

Fiber Pills: 2.25 calories total

Total Water intake (goal 128oz) = 104 oz

Total of 1723.25 .....still in my food budget
