Hi all!!

Okay, I did not do very well today... My schedule was all over the place and I slept late and ate late, and then it was all crazy, but here it is anyway!!

So my BMR = 2167. Minus 350 calories to lose weight = 1817 calories + 90 minutes of walking around the mall (Burned 127 calories) = 1944

Breakfast: Nutz over chocolate Luna Bar and applesauce = 273 calories

Lunch/Dinner: (I missed actual lunch by oversleeping and then rushing off to the mall) Chicken Souvlaki with one skewer of chicken, 1/2 cup of rice, half a potato and some cucumbers = 491 calories

Snack: Pita Bread and Applesauce = 217 calories

For a total of... 1022 Calories

Which is totally not enough, I know. I did bad today, I blame the weekend and Adrian working nights and my sleeping in the day. I definitely did not get enough protein. Will start getting back to normal tomorrow, I hope! I'd wanted to go grocery shopping today but didn't get a chance, so I'll have to try and go tomorrow.

Hope ya'll had a good weekend!!

Happy May, all! Hopefully spring will decide to return to Mich this week . . .

Sunday:
breakfast - pinapple/mango/soymilk/fiber smoothie, crumpet.
snack - ufo beverage
Lunch - 2 chicken fajitas, fruit jellies
snack - 4 M&M's (yes, exactly 4 - I made my mom put them up out of my sight after that!), 1 slice sourdough.
dinner - TJ's sheppards pie (probably not safe, did make my tummy all gassy ), strawberries, and fresh pinappple, slice WW bread w/smear of "fake" butter.
dessert - mint tea, animal crackers, fruit jellies

Excercise - Nothing spectacular - it has been so dreary all weekend all I want to do is sleep (so I did take a long nap both afternoons), I did mow the backyard for my dad - small yard but it was a push mower and I almost threw out my shoulder trying to pull-start it! This after all my pushups the day before Also walked the dog.

Today was HORRIBLE because I had those "rushing moments" but I felt better closer to the end of the day.
Breakfast: Chrysanthemum Drink and Cereal
Lunch: Tuna and Crackers (ALOT) plus a Banana
Dinner: Cucina Cucina's Minastrone (YUMMY!)
Dessert: 1/2 Apple Pie w/ no icecream or caramel!
Snack's: Chestunts, Walnuts, Veggie Drink, Chicken and a teensy bit of cooked spinach
Excersize: Sit-ups!
I also decided not to take my amytriptaline as I think it's making me worse since I've been so tired lately and my parents were worried about me because I "wasn't my bubbly self"; so I skipped today.
The following day I had a bad case of D in the morning

How was the race Shell?!

I ate 2 pieces of Oat Matzah, a quarter avocado, less than 2 eggs with some mayo, half a can of sardines, some lettuce, small bag half the fat potato chips, 1 cup steamed veggies with some salad dressing, 1 cup rice with tomato sauce and 1 ounce cheese, lotsa water, half a bosc pear, and hubby and I walked at least a couple of miles! Great last day of Passover!

Can't day sya my food was fab...but I didn't binge!!! I eat when I was hungry and only what I needed to be satisfied! It's a great start
