Hey Guys,

Hoping to get some advice here. To make a long story short, I was in the hospital last summer with "malapsorbtion syndrome" which turned out to be not malabsorption, but just malnutrition from a severly restricted diet. I worked with a nutrition and have started eating much better, but I still feel like maybe i'm not getting enough of the vitamins and minerals I need. There's a possibility I may be Vitamin K deficient because I'm having bleeding problems, and it occured to me that maybe my diet just hasn't been sufficient enough to bring me back from where I was in the summer. Here's a sample of what I eat in a day, any input would be great (btw, I don't follow the IBS diet anymore because my doc forced me off it...plus, I may not even have IBS, they think my abdominal troubles may be just related to endometriosis):

Breakfast: Quaker Instant Oatmeal
Snack: Peach Cup
Lunch: Tuna Wrap on White Wrap (w/mayo and mustard)
Dinner: Green Beans and Carrots, Scalloped Potatoes, Chicken Breast and Mayo
Snack: Frozen Berry Smoothie made with blackberries, blueberries and raspberries

What do you guys think?

It doesn't look like you're getting much protein. Do you track your calories? Fitday.com is a great way to get an idea of how much you eat on a daily basis.
