Snacks: no real lunch as got up after midday but lots of snacks this evening to make up- 4 ww cookies, 10 grapes, a slice of bread with mustard, 2 reduced fat crispy orange bars. (I should have just made a sandwich!)

Total calories consumed: 1851

Activities: Not fast walk with P (35 mins)lots of housework (vigorous for about 2 hours!) Total burned: 178

Another grazing day.

3 kiwis (not all in one sitting)
Mango (pureed, frozen--yum!)
sprouts--mung bean, alfalfa, radish, pea
a small cauliflower (not all in one sitting)--pureed
mushrooms, watercress, romaine, field greens/spring mix
Some sea veggies (Made a creepy nori roll--or rather "cone"
with some of the mushy cauliflower, and sprouts)
zucchini verdi (Uh, I'm not sure what to call it--I use a veg. peeler and grate the zucchini into spaghetti, then saute it in a wok with a little veg. broth, and lots of herbs and add a twist of fresh lemon juice. The left over mushy cauliflower, plus a little nutritional yeast for an "uncheesy" edge was a pseudo-white sauce. Incidentally, that mushy cauliflower (South Beach mock potatoes) is great stuffed in tomatoes, if you're a tomatoe lover or even peppers if you're a pepper enthusiast--I am not).

Lots of water, some club soda with lemon, teas (Rooibos, Jasmine Green)

Later? Maybe some blended blueberries. I'm craving "blue."
and/or banana.

Activity? Nothing of extreme endurance...a rainy day.

B: Cornflakes with raisins and soy milk.

L: Tuna mayo sandwich. Couple of squares of dark chocolate .

S: Toast & Marmite. A few baked tortilla chips. Few more squares chocolate . Glass soy milk. Rooisbos with soy milk.

D: Quorn nuggets and low-fat oven chips with a glass of soy milk - I was working late, that's my excuse for such an awful dinner!

BMR 1480 + Lifestyle 935 + Dog walk 103 - 500 = 2019cals

Total cals for the day = 1521! Ohmigod, that's nearly UNDER!

Weigh-in...forgot to do it before breakfast, but later in the day with clothes on, I was 149 pounds so I guess I've lost a teeny bit.

YAY Linz! Even with treats it IS possible to keep under. I am finding that I have to do lots of exercise just to balance out my treats, still though, I find that inputting stuff onto fitday really focuses me! (Those three M&S extremely chocolate caramels cost me the same as walking to work, 35 minutes fast) Its crazy how many calories are in tiny things that are made from chocolate!

Hope work is going OK. Any word on your long term applications yet?

Hello all, I am back to reporting since I GAINED TWO POUNDS last week. I am hoping it is just b/c it was that time of the month. But I am going a little crazy with my diet so I though I should get back on track and report.

Sunday:
Breakfast - bowl of granola w/soy milk, OJ w/fiber, UFO beverage.
Late lunch - small serving of salad, dinner roll (WW), steamed green beans, small spinach-stuff chicken breast, pasta salad, more UFO beverage. Cake and ice cream (WARNING: UFO!!!) *attempt to justify* was at a bridal shower for an old high school friend.
Late dinner - 1/2 chick breast, risotto, mandarin oranges.
Dessert - 2 Belgian chocolates (a supplier brought them to me at work last week - EVIL!!! They are soooooooo good.)

See what I mean about my eating habits going to hell in a handbasket??? And I didn't even get around to doing my pilates tape as planned. Did walk the dog around the block in the rain/snow - very low calorie burn I'm sure.
