Our bodies are pretty good about evening things out calorie-wise, especially if the overeating was in the earlier part of the day. I know that if I eat a bunch before 3pm and am panicked that I only have a few more calories before I'm over for the day, I usually still end up within my range. Still, overeating is no good IBS-wise... but you know that :P

BTW, when is your wedding? A few weeks? I'm so excited for you and can't wait to hear about it. AND you live in my dream country. My great-grandparents came over here from Ireland in the 1920's and I would absolutely love, love to move there someday.

I guess I lost track of time walking--over an hour, but less than an hour and a half. Just another sunny, intoxicating spring day where you surrender to the joy of movement, patterns--nature.

Food wise?

2 kiwis
puffed millet (1cup)
blackberry puree (3/4 c. with 1/4 c. real cran. juice)
carrot juice
funked up baby food-esque broccoli (with dulse, 2 tsp. miso,
cilantro and a little ginger and plain rice vinegar)
rolled/wrapped in rice papers--2
sprout salad with balsalmic/mustard cremini mushrooms, dill
on top of some romaine
about 8 rice crackers
applesauce (1/2 c)

That's all she wrote for now folks. Note to self: skip the baby food broccoli--too gassy. Broccoli may look pretty--little trees, but they're just to high for me to climb. Broccoli sprouts seem to agree. Sometimes I feel "guilty" for not eating one of the superfoods...so I test them, to my dismay...some cramps, etc. Rule number 1: Listen to bod and learn from past. Some things never change.

I'll probably just have a banana or something blah later.

I am, unofficially. I was doing it officially and got down to my goal weight and quit. Due to stress and poor food choices I've gained some weight back and are now following it again, though not going to meetings. I thought it was very effective! It's a great, easy system if you don't cheat (like I did today!).

Yes and overeating chocolate is even worse!

My wedding isn't til September 30th, so we have 5 months and 1 day still.

I am going to a friend's wedding on April 30 and needed to slim to be comfortable in my dress for that. I am really looking forward to it.

I have three more weddings to attend before my own not including the one next weekend so I will need to be consistent weight wise! They are 16 July, 6th August and 12th August, so I will get lots of practice days of looking pretty and wearing uncomfortable shoes for hours on end!

The summer is going to be so busy that we need to be very organised about the wedding now, before the madness starts!
