I can't believe it! Acupuncture really works!

I just wanted to share my experience yesterday. Since I got pregnant for the last 3 months, it has been ell... for me with my ibs. I have had d almost everday since I found out I was pregnant. I have done everything under the sun to get rid of the symptoms and pain and nothing has helped. I did it! I went in for a session of acupuncture and 45 minutes later the pain and bloating was gone and today I woke up and had a normal bowl movement, I about wanted to cry. I could not believe it. I have heard so much about acupuncture, but never took it serious enough, and what a mistake. I plan to keep going until it is all under control. One more thing, if anyone is interested it is painless, soothing and most insurances cover the proceedure.

That's fabulous! Acupuncture can heal a great deal of things. Have you tried Heather's diet? It can really help with the D. You need to get all your nutrients in being pregnant (BTW, congratulations!) and this is one of the safest ways go ge them, and to help ease the diarrhea. Are you taking a soluble fiber supplement? It can really help. Also, so can peppermint tea. I drank this throughout both pregnancies with no problem - it's perfectly safe.

I have not tried the diet but that is next. My body can't handle the fiber, if I hae it, I will be in the restroom more than I have been
