RGS thank you for your support...and Casey, and everyone!

Last night in the middle of the night I decided to take action.

I will journal if I want to eat. And I will set a timer for 15 mins while I journal (or do some other activity). And if I am still hungry I will eat.

I woke up this morning wanting to stuff my face from the aftermath of last night's emotions in dealing with my past. So I woke up and journaled. I wrote poem. And I don't have the desire to stuff face!

I hope this might work for someone else too *hugs*

Thank you soooo much for your support every ne...I love you guys *big hugs*

Distraction is often the best thing. I'm not eating all that much atm but I feel like I'm stuffing my face as I'm hardly moving (working at home).

Rooibos and soy milk is VERY filling I'm finding.

I drink a cup of hot tea when I'm hungry to see if I really *am* hungry of if I'm just bored.
