I know I've been a bad girl and haven't been reporting in (as well as eating VERY bad food ), but I figured I might as well do my weigh in...and I haven't gained anything! So I'm still at 149 pounds.

Gotta start reporting in. I'm starting with fitday again today.

good work Linz. I have been bad too, and my goal is the week after next yet I have put back on all the weight that I lost. This week will be better, I am going to the gym tomorrow and Tuesday and will try to eat better all week. I have been fed up at work and comfort eating as a result.

Today's report:
Breakfast: toast with butter (I can tolerate pretty OK a scrape of real butter on toast ) and two glasses OJ
Lunch: Baked potato with tuna mayo and sweetcorn
Snack: 2 slices coffee cake (Padhraig's birthday cake)
Dinner: Sainsburys paprika chicken and savoury rice ready meal- pretty nice, and a treat since we stopped in Sainsburys on the way home through Northern Ireland, we don't have Sainsburys in the Republic
Snacks: 2 licorice whips and 45 cals worth of haribo jellies
6 chipper chips from Padhraig's bag of them

Exercise: 1 hour housework, 35 minutes brisk walking

Summary: broke even I'd say, or barely over...too lazy to input it all into fitday

Not that I've been eating horrible food, but I just haven't been counting calories at all. I'm sure I've been over budget, though, because it's PMS week and I feel like I'm eating nonstop right now.

Breakfast: 2 tea biscuits, oatmeal w/ banana
Snack: 2 tea biscuits, chunky maple applesauce
Lunch: pb&j, brownie, UFO beverage
Snack: toast w/ jam, a handful of chocolate-covered blueberries
Snack: dry applejacks, banana
Dinner: bbq chicken breast, potato salad (safe, of course!), bakery bread, UFO beverage
Dessert: jello w/ cool whip

Drinks: not counting the UFO's, 76oz... yep, I broke down and bought more Teeccino!

I busted my a** today: cleaned house for several hours, rearranged some furniture, walked to the grocery store and back (not very far, maybe 1/2 mile), and then hosted a little bbq, which of course meant cooking & cleaning up. So maybe I'm not too far over budget after all, but I'm too lazy to try to remember portion sizes & do the math to figure it out.
