OK... here is my reporting in......
My BMR = 2083 + I burned 829 calories (20 minutes on Elliptical, 45 minutes Getting my @$$ Kicked by PT.... LOTS of Walking Lunges With 5# Weights In Each Hand And Raising Them Above My Head!!, 4 sets of 20 Lat Pulls @ 45 pounds, Ab Work, 5 more minutes on Elliptical, then 25 minutes on Treadmill ) - 730 less calories to get to my goal = 2182 calorie food budget.

YES the scales matched!! (see my 4/15/05 report)
Also, PT Heather changed up my workout routine for next week and I'm taking Sunday OFF…she said I can go for a walk, but nothing high impact….she wants me to give my body a break at least once a week.

Breakfast (starting at 6am instead of 8:30-9am) : 120 calories 4 Egg Whites Scrambled, 1 Toasted Mini Bagel & Water

Before Gym: 133 caloriesHALF Soytein Energy Drink (Chocolate w/Vanilla Silk Soy Milk), 1 Teaspoons Dry Roasted Peanuts (like 16 of them...if that) & Water

At Gym: 10 calories 3 Altoids & water

Snack: 180 calories Choc Peppermint Luna Bar & Water

Snack: 170 calories Toasted Nutz N Cranberry Luna Bar & Water

Snack: 70 calories Mini Bagel

Lunch (around 2:30pm is a normal time for me): 395 calories 3oz Mini Tuna w/Light Mayo and Pickle on 1 Sliced French Bread, 3oz Tuna w/Light Mayo (using my pretzels as a spoon ), 1 oz Pretzels & Water

Snack: 170 calories Toasted Nutz N Cranberry Luna Bar & Water

Dinner (between 8-8:30pm, after the gym): 427 calories 4.2oz Baked Chicken Breast w/2 Tbs BBQ Sauce, 1 cup Basmati Rice, 1-1/2 Cups Green Beans & Water

Fiber Pills: 2.25 calories total

Total Water intake (goal 128oz) = 112 oz

Total of 1667.25 .....still in my food budget

I did NOT buy my Rav4 I just could not afford the payments.... I'm looking at other options....really no hurry...besides... I already had great news at the gym... the scales matched so I'm in too good of a mood to let it get me down.....

my report for Saturday...looks like it was pretty slack here at the weekend!
A disclaimer: I was away in Northern Ireland this weekend, I brought Padhraig for his birthday, we stayed in a guesthouse and ate out Saturday night.

Breakfast: scrambled eggs on toast with OJ
Lunch: tuna and sweetcorn with regular mayo panini, water
Dinner: crabclaws, monkfish with pesto mash and turnips and cauliflower, Baileys Mousse, 3 glasses white wine

Water: loads
Snacks: none

Activities: tons of walking as we were sighseeing and rambling by the beaches, a conservative estimate of 4 miles walked over relatively tough terrain.

Summary: I may be OK budget wise due to lack of snacks at so much heavy going walking but probably not. Hey it was a special occasion...

Shell, sorry about the RAV4, but good that you are so sensible, I am really bad with money and what I can genuinely afford. Its such good news about your weight loss..great work!

I think you did just fine... as long as the qty of food was not HUGE... it does not look like it was.... and you did lots of walking...
